1. Description of Service

Atlas AI Technology Inc. provides an all-in-one Shopify app that allows users to instantly generate ecommerce storefronts using AI. The App includes features such as:

• AI-generated storefronts based on product links
• AI-written copy for product and website pages
• AI-enhanced product image generation
• Built-in bundling and in-cart upsell tools
• Prebuilt conversion-optimized Shopify theme sections

These services are collectively referred to as the "Service."

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be:

• At least 18 years old;
• Operating a Shopify-supported online store;
• In compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify's terms of service.

3. Account & Access

By installing the App, you authorize Atlas AI Technology Inc. to access your Shopify store via authorized APIs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your store credentials and activity within your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Upload harmful code or disrupt the App's operation
• Use the App or our website for the purpose of competitive analysis, benchmarking, or feature copying

Competitor Notice: If you are a competing business, software company, or agent thereof, you are prohibited from accessing, evaluating, scraping, reverse engineering, or copying any part of Atlas or its ecosystem. Violating this will be considered intentional infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action, including injunctive relief and damages.

5. Fees, Trials, and Refunds

Atlas offers a 7-day free trial on all plans.

• Subscriptions begin automatically at the end of the free trial unless cancelled.
• By subscribing, you agree to be billed via your Shopify account.
• All fees are non-refundable. This includes partial usage, cancellations, or failure to use the App after purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and will notify users accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App-including but not limited to designs, software code, logos, AI models, and copy-are the sole property of Atlas AI Technology Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for operating your Shopify store. You may not duplicate, rebrand, or reproduce any feature or system without our written consent.

7. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://helloatlas.io/privacy-policy). By using the App, you consent to:

• Our access to your Shopify store data
• Use of cookies and tracking technologies
• Storage of data in the United States or other jurisdictions

8. Service Availability & Downtime

We strive to ensure continuous uptime of the App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the App temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or traffic resulting from service outages.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with or rely on third-party tools (e.g., Shopify APIs, analytics services, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third parties.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse or misuse of the App
• Fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also uninstall the App at any time via your Shopify dashboard.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas AI Technology Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Any liability exceeding the fees you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will meet your expectations or business goals
• That the App will be error-free or continuously available
• That AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your store

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies your acceptance. Material updates will be communicated via email or app notifications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
